Art exhibition
The Hindu : Artist Suhas Chavan’s collection of pen and ink sketches titled “Anunaad – The Echo” is on exhibit at the Alliance Francaise till Tuesday. The sketches are of landscapes and architecture in and around Bangalore, Hampi and Chitradurga. Chavan usually uses only black ink for his sketches as he believes it frees the viewer to imagine the scene in their own colours.. I happened to see the amazing work done by the artist Suhas Chavan. His pen-sketches are extraordinary and has a divine touch.
His style is rare among the Indian artist today.
It’s a “must-see” for artists and non artists as well.
